....On December 11, 2025, a session of the Central Election Commission of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Chingiz Hasanli.

....Initially, the minutes of the Commission's meeting dated October 23, 2025, were approved. Subsequently, the matter regarding the deprivation of the mandate of Mr. Ali Feyzulla oglu Abbasov, a deputy of the seventh convocation of the Ali Majlis (Supreme Assembly) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, was reviewed.

....It was reported that based on the investigation conducted and materials gathered by the Disciplinary Commission of the Ali Majlis, it was determined that Deputy Ali Feyzulla oglu Abbasov had committed a gross violation of the requirements of the Law of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "On the Rules of Ethical Conduct for Deputies of the Ali Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic." Consequently, the Ali Majlis referred the matter to the Central Election Commission in accordance with the legislation.

....Upon reviewing the formal opinion and the attached supporting documents, the Central Election Commission established that there were sufficient legal grounds for the removal of the deputy's mandate and subsequently adopted a resolution to deprive Mr. Ali Feyzulla oglu Abbasov of his mandate.
